1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. These definitions apply throughout the document and any supplementary policies incorporated by reference.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the bk6665 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied and continue to be satisfied for the duration of your use of the platform:

• You are an individual natural person, not a corporate entity or automated agent.
• You are at least 21 years of age. bk6665 enforces a minimum age of 21 in line with responsible gaming best practices and the social norms of the Indonesian market.

• You have not previously had an Account terminated by bk6665 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on bk6665. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances therein, and a permanent ban from the platform.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify bk6665 promptly of any changes.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. bk6665 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify bk6665 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 KYC Verification

bk6665 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identity card (KTP), passport, or proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time specified by bk6665 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with bk6665's Privacy Policy.

3.5 Account Suspension and Closure

bk6665 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bk6665 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional payment options may be added or removed at bk6665's discretion without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Player account tier. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard and may be updated periodically. bk6665 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to a Player's Account within 5 to 15 minutes of receipt of confirmed funds. Processing times may be extended during high-traffic periods, system maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required. bk6665 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being complete. bk6665 processes withdrawals exclusively to accounts registered in the same name as the bk6665 Account — third-party transfers are not permitted.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on bk6665 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). bk6665 does not accept transactions in foreign currencies and is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by a Player's bank or payment provider.

4.6 Fraud Prevention

bk6665 employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Any deposit or withdrawal that triggers a fraud alert may be held pending investigation. If fraudulent activity is confirmed, all funds associated with the Account may be forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by bk6665 are subject to specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. 5.5 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The Welcome Deposit Bonus is available to new Players only and may be claimed once per household, device, and payment method. bk6665 reserves the right to withdraw the Welcome Bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Accepted Bets

bk6665 offers sports betting (including football, badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports), togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery) pools, live casino games, slot games, and crash games. All bets are governed by the specific rules of the relevant game or market, which are published within the platform and incorporated by reference into these Terms.

6.2 Mix Parlay and Asian Handicap

Mix parlay (accumulator) bets and Asian handicap markets — locally known as voor bola (football handicap betting) — are subject to specific settlement rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of a void selection in a parlay, the void selection is removed and odds recalculated accordingly.

6.3 Error and Manifest Error

In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results, or payout calculations, bk6665 reserves the right to void the affected bet or market and refund stakes. 6.4 Final Decision

Players who wish to dispute a settlement decision must contact bk6665 support within 72 hours of the relevant event settlement. Disputes raised after this window will not be considered.

9. Intellectual Property

No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of bk6665.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not include any right to sublicense, resell, or make derivative works of any platform content.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect financial loss, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of the platform.

12. Amendments to These Terms

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The language of arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this clause shall prevent bk6665 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent imminent harm.
